Cause: Improper cooling, electric current to condenser is too high activating protective switch. Trouble shooting method: 1.Water level in cooling water tower is too low, raise water float height or increase water supply. 2.Clean and maintain water tower and condenser. Cause: Not enough ice water, activating freeze protection switch. Trouble shooting method: 1.Check that the ice water pump is working. 2.Check if any air has entered the ice water pipes. If so, remove the air.
